It has a relationship to a group that goes by the name, the Affiliate Connection.

Admittedly, for a native English-speaking person, the text is rather amusing (as this blogger discusses).
This being said, it is clear that the seriousness of the product ought to be put into question as it is being promoted as a health-related, or medicinal product.

The claim "as seen on:" implies that the product was reported on by the television shows/stations or websites for which the logos are presented.
When searching for articles or information at the respective websites, Anatrim never appears as featured content, only as sponsored links or via the website's "search the web" option on the websites of 60 Minutes, The Opera Magazine, CNN, ABC, or BBC is either via Yahoo! Spamtrackers investigators have contacted each of the media companies involved, concerning the use of their corporate logos and the implication that the product is "as seen on", and are awaiting their replies.
It is therefore reasonable to conclude that Anatrim is being promoted via Yahoo! Search Marketing.

Searching for "Anatrim" on the 60-Minutes website shows: No results found for "Anatrim"..
However there are links to Anatrim "infomercials" at the top of the page that are clearly marked as "sponsored search result". According to cbsnews.com:
"Sponsored Search Results" are provided by Overture Services, Inc. Through Overture, advertisers bid on search result placements that are based on keywords relevant to your search query."

In the spam (see sample above), it says, "As you could see on CNN Do you understand that excessive body kilograms kill very much people for every new year?" (sic). Note that this statement is not a claim that Anatrim was reported on CNN, but simply that at some point in time, a claim that excessive body fat kills many people every year (English corrected) could have been seen on CNN.
Searching for "Anatrim" on the international CNN website shows:

Looking closely, one sees that the search results are "Powered by YAHOO! Search". This is in line with the previously seen sponsored links for this spam.

Here are the ownership details for a typical site, wezfus.com, which is only accessible using a spammed prefix on the URL, such as xxxxxxx.wezfus.com. The site is sponsored by registrar Beijing Innovative Linkage Technology. The name servers used to resolve access to the spammed site are

These name servers are sponsored by the same registrar, Beijing Innovative Linkage Technology, which is located in the People's Republic of China.
This operation would not be possible without the support of the registrars who provide services to the site owner.
