Both GoldWatchDirect and SwissWatchsDirect are practically identical operations. SwissWatchsDirect (that is how they spell it) has been spamming their offerings for several years, but GoldWatchDirect is new as of December 2008. It is a counterfeit watch and counterfeit luxury brands operation that sells cheap imitation watches and other goods for high prices.

Any reputable business that requests your Identity and Credit card details over the Internet wilol alwys do so over a secure data link. This guarantees that your personal details are encrypted during transmission, so that no intervening system between your computer the and server compuetr can intercept and store that sensitive information. This encryption occurs by using a security certificate, a transmission method called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), and an extension of http, called https (http secure).
With GoldWatchDirect and SwissWatchsDirect, this is not the case. For example, at the checkout phase, the request for you to enter your Identity and Credit card details is presented on an unencrypted page. The address bar will show it as http://discountwatchs.org/checkout_shipping.php whereas a secure site would show https://discountwatchs.org/checkout_shipping.php
This lack of basic security indicates that this is not a true merchant of goods, and demonstrates a complete disregard for the security of their customers. In the FAQ at their site, you will find:
Do you have a privacy policy? We have the following privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. At the "Order" form we collect contact information (like your email address) and financial information (credit card numbers). This information is only used to fulfill our customer orders. Financial information that is collected is used to bill the user for products and services. We never abuse your private information by renting, selling or sharing your details.
Fine words, but the promise to keep your information private is not implemented on the site.

You can contact her to bring any of the replica watch plans to her attention. She sends formal copyright complaints to the registrars.
