WDPRS
From Spamwiki
WDPRS (Whois Data Problem Report System) is the system implemented by ICANN to allow complaints about invalid WHOIS information in domain name registrations.
This system provides a form which allows Internet users to submit reports to ICANN-Accredited Registrars concerning incomplete or inaccurate Whois data.
Complaints about inaccurate or incomplete Whois entries for each domain are tracked based upon the information contained in the first complaint report. The first report also requires email confirmation by the reporter.
For best results, reports should include a list of which contact information is fraudulent (e.g. invalid email, fake phone number, etc.), with as much evidence as available.
Experience has shown that issues can take anywhere from 1-6 weeks to resolve.
